Mr. Noll will present tools and strategies homeless service providers can use to prepare both themselves and program participants for the transition away from financial and/or case management assistance. Speaking from experience, Mr. Noll works as Assistant Director of the Veterans First Program at Friendship Place in Washington DC. He is an experienced presenter, and has shared his expertise as a panelist during National Alliance for Ending Homelessness conferences.

Congress Austin, TX The Multifamily Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will hold the second planning meeting for the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan ("QAP") and Uniform Multifamily Rules on January 25, 2017. The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Austin local time, in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin building at 1700 N. Congress. The agenda for this meeting will include discussing Dispersion and Underserved Areas, as expressed in the State's QAP and Uniform Multifamily Rules. TDHCA welcomes stakeholder input on how we may best address these concerns in the allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Meeting materials, including an updated Project Plan and a handout for this meeting's discussion, will be posted to the Department's website http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm prior to the meeting. The handout will also be distributed at the meeting.Registration for the meeting is available through Eventbrite.TDHCA has also initiated an online forum for the QAP Project Plan.
