Input regarding fair housing issues, particularly issues affecting protected classes under the Fair Housing Act: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status; and the ability of those persons to exercise housing choice is welcome. This public meeting will be considered a consultation, and all input on the needs of Texans and goals for use of federal program funds is encouraged. Individuals who require auxiliary aids, services, or sign language interpreters for this meeting should contact Nathan Darus at 512-475-0306 or Relay Texas at 1-800-735-2989, at least three (3) days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the "Bonds"), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to LDG Forestwood, LP, a Texas limited partnership, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the "Borrower"), to finance the costs of acquiring and constructing a multifamily housing development. The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
