The following is a list of TDHCA’s Colonia Self-Help Centers (CSHC), along with contact information, targeted colonias served by each Center, Contract Period(s) and Colonia Resident Advisory Committee (C-RAC) Members. The C-RAC members listed below were appointed/approved by the TDHCA Board on October 12, 2017 to a term of (4) year. Any vacancies/replacement of a C-RAC member will be submitted to the TDHCA Board for approval and will serve for the remaining unexpired term of the former C-RAC member.
