Contact Information Update

To update your contact information on file with the Department, email the director or manager of the applicable program or send the information via the CMTS attachment system. Include your organization name and any associated contract numbers or property names along with your new contact information. All persons or entities doing business with the Department are responsible for keeping their contact information current. Please see 10 TAC §1.22 here (Secretary of State) for more information on updating contact information with the Department.
